Lisa is a NY based musician / songwriter. Member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences since 2010. Lisa is also a Registered Nurse who has taken time from her love of music to give back to others by using her knowledge of this profession.
She has two full length albums produced with her first touring band, “Unborn Mind”, a 2014 release titled, “Love and Fear” and a later release titled, “One-Sided Affair”. These works of art demonstrates her innately bluesy vocal style.
Her next release was with her second touring band named after her adored music mentor, Ann Ruckert, whom Lisa studied with for many years in NYC. Although they toured playing original music created by each individual member, they only released a single thus far written by Lisa titled, “Love at First Sight” by “The Ruckerts”.
Lisa always went into the studio with her full band with her so when she created her last single released in July of 2020, she pushed past her comfort zone and went solo and created an intimate number titled, “Miles”.
Lisa’s ideal of music creates no boundaries and her current project that she is working on brings this ideal to life. She is presently collaborating with a producer and engineer in India to create an English/ Hindi Mix of amazing dance music. This is super exciting for Lisa. This will be something so creatively different and musically inspiring. The project has once again pushed Lisa further than she has imagined. Look for updates for the release.
